I created NEMDAE to help me stay grounded in gratitude, especially on the days when things aren’t going according to plan. Everything I’ve learned from ancient teachings points to one simple truth: Gratitude shifts your energy. And your energy shapes your reality.
I’ve always believed the earth gives us what we need to stay balanced — healing foods, grounding crystals, fresh air, light, stillness.
Crystals carry natural frequencies. Like tuning forks, they help bring your energy back into alignment.
Words matter too. How you speak to yourself shapes what you focus on. Affirmations help you shift when life feels heavy or off track.
NEMDAE brings all of this together in something I’ve always loved — jewellery and thank you stones.
Not just something to wear or hold.
Something to support you.
Something to remind you, gently, to come back to what matters.
As a mum of four, I’ve seen how the way I think, speak and act doesn’t just shape my life, it shapes theirs too. Every day, I’m setting an example. I’m showing them how to think, how to speak to themselves, how to focus on what matters. The energy I bring into our home sets the tone. What I focus on teaches them how to focus. What I believe shows them how to believe in themselves.
When I understood that my thoughts were shaping my reality, everything shifted. Life isn’t just happening — it’s responding. Not now and then — all the time. Ancient teachings say our beliefs shape our world, and they also remind us that we’re here to grow. When one belief shifts, another comes up. That’s not a setback — that’s growth.
That’s a big part of what NEMDAE is for. It’s a way to remember who you are and what matters. In a world that moves fast, I wanted something simple and grounding. A daily reminder to slow down. To connect with nature. To stay intentional.
Through NEMDAE, I want my children — and everyone who connects with it to know this: Your thoughts, your words and your focus carry power. You shape your life from the inside out.
